Honoured to present a weekend of detailed teaching from master Aamir Raif. The Weekend will focus on breaking down Laojia form into explanations of correct structure and applications and using specific sections to gain a deeper internal as well as external understanding of the movements. A review of Sword from on Sunday is optional.
